Job Description:
- Lead requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to document project objectives.
- Create user stories and use cases to outline system behavior and project requirements.
- Analyze complex data using SQL Server for data-driven decision-making.
- Advocate for Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Efficiently use JIRA for issue tracking and Agile project management.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment.
- Contribute to quality assurance through acceptance criteria definition and user acceptance testing while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and information sharing
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and scope.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
