Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

  • Ensure that service delivery consistently aligns with established standards and meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to streamline service delivery processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Identify areas for service improvement through regular performance evaluations and recommend and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Take charge of project teams, overseeing their progress and managing budgets to ensure successful delivery of services within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Offer technical guidance and support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and optimizing software performance to enhance overall service quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for addressing client issues, effectively coordinating service delivery efforts between onsite and offshore teams to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology.
