Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: India, Remote

Work Experience: 5–9 Years

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation.
  • Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog and Service Portal.
  • Experience with integrations and automation.
  • Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  • Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery and Event Management.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including org setup and platform configuration.
  • Design and implement core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
  • Develop and manage CMDB architecture, data modeling and governance.
  • Build workflows/flows using Flow Designer and automate business processes.
  • Design and develop Service Catalog items, including complex request workflows.
  • Customize and enhance Service Portal for improved user experience.
  • Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Configure and deploy Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership, best practices and architectural guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure platform performance, security and scalability.
