Job Description:

Architecture & Strategy:

  • Own complete end-to-end architecture design for enterprise automations (attended/unattended/serverless robots, and hybrid (XAML + coded) patterns).

Solution Design & Delivery Excellence:

  • Translate business requirements into solution blueprints: component diagrams, sequence flows, deployment models, SLA/SLO, and hand-offs (Action Center, case handling).
  • Champion robust exception strategies (business vs. system exceptions), idempotency, and retriability with Orchestrator queues and triggers.
  • Mentor lead developers and BA/SMEs; accelerate delivery using modern tooling (e.g., text-to-workflow generation, reusable libraries, Object Repository).

AI, Data & Document/Communications Understanding:

  • Architect Document Understanding solutions (classification + extraction) across structured/semi‑structured/unstructured documents; define validation loops and continuous retraining.
  • Operationalize Communications Mining for high-volume emails/tickets to route intents and extract entities for downstream automations.
  • Establish data governance across DU/Mining pipelines (datasets, labeling, thresholds, drift monitoring, auditability).

Integration & Low-Code Apps:

  • Design end-to-end flows with Integration Service connectors (ERP/CRM/HRIS, mail, storage, forms, contract platforms) plus custom APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Build UiPath Apps and web experiences to orchestrate human-in-the-loop and case work, including event-driven inline workflows.
  • Ensure scalable orchestration through Orchestrator folders, modern queues, triggers, assets, and role-based access.

Testing & Quality Engineering:

  • Define coverage targets, failure taxonomies, and self-healing strategies for brittle UI automations (selectors, CV, resilient waits).

Operations, Reliability & Supportability:

  • Architect for High Availability(HA)/ Disaster Recovery(DR), observability (logs, metrics, traces), and Insights dashboards for throughput, cycle time, and value tracking.
  • Set SLA/SLOs and error budgets; establish incident runbooks, hotfix paths, and rollback strategies.
  • Plan capacity management (robots, serverless, non-prod pools) and optimize infrastructure costs (scheduling windows, batching, queue prioritization).

Stakeholder Management & Enablement:

  • Partner with business sponsors to quantify value (baseline → target KPIs), build investment cases, and prioritize pipelines.
  • Lead enablement programs (standards, accelerators, reusable components) and coach squads on architecture best practices.
  • Represent automation in architecture councils and joint initiatives with data, AI/ML, and application modernization teams.
