Build secure REST APIs with proper validation, error handling, versioning, authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
Implement event-driven communication using Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Kafka-style messaging, or MassTransit.

Implement resilience patterns such as retry, timeout, circuit breaker, fallback, idempotency, and dead-letter handling.

Apply secure coding practices including Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault, OAuth2/JWT, PII masking, and secrets management.
