Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 5 years in React Native. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks like Redux. 
• Expertise in building and integrating RESTful APIs. 
• Advanced knowledge of Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio. 
• Hands-on experience with Maps, GIS, and/or AR (Augmented Reality) technologies. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end mobile project lifecycles. 
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and optimization techniques.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile technologies, a proven ability to lead teams, and expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and advanced mobile features like Maps, GIS, and AR (Augmented Reality).

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native. 
• Apply a deep understanding of mobile development to ensure seamless functionality and performance on iOS and Android platforms. 
• Architect solutions involving RESTful APIs, Redux, and other modern technologies to deliver scalable mobile applications. 
• Use advanced tools such as Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio for app building and optimization. 
• Develop and integrate features like mapping, GIS, and AR (Augmented Reality) into mobile solutions. 
• Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards. 
• Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure performance and reliability.
