Enterprise Project Management Office

Location: India, Hyderabad

Work Experience: 10–12 Years

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum (any one preferred/required).
  • Hands-on experience working within an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), driving project governance, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering critical enterprise programs, including planning and executing offshoring and transition initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-visibility strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and global cross-functional teams to drive program execution and organizational transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams, interdependencies, risks, and deliverables across complex enterprise environments while ensuring successful business outcomes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, followed by an MBA.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing and executing a critical program and all associated offshoring transitions.
  • Responsible for the management of significant high visibility & large - scale initiatives (e.g., strategic change management) including working on multi-disciplinary projects and demonstrating a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. Own functional specification and technical design discussions, requirement analysis, overall design, guide the team accordingly, and mentor the team in agile practices.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, The Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo/ Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Mediate & manage the conflict of goals between the development team and the product owner.
  • Actively track the progress of the Sprint daily.
  • It is expected to ensure and demonstrate tremendous discipline in the project planning and governance process across technology and operations projects (transitions, system implementations, etc.).
  • It also owns all aspects of project reporting across various stakeholders. Also, maintain control of all project-related data, create management reporting for consumption across levels, and for driving the projects forward.
  • Transforms project data into analytical insight, resulting in impactful actions and outcomes
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve thematic issues.
  • Identify delays, help in fixing accountabilities, and proactively communicate with all stakeholders to drive the execution plan.
  • Ability to deep dive where needed, perform detailed analysis, out of the box thinking and solution orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with emphasis on prioritizations. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Collaborate with wide range of senior stakeholders to improve pace of delivery and quality of execution by increasing efficiency through digitization and adoption of transformative technologies.
  • Research, create, and compile materials needed for effective discussion and planning; Support and maintain tools and templates used in the reporting function.
  • Manage logistics of initiative (e.g. meeting and schedule coordination, documentation including agenda, minutes, dashboards and executive reporting maintenance).
