Required Certifications:

• VMware VCAP or equivalent advanced VMware certification
• VMware Certified Implementation Expert (VCIX) or equivalent
• RHCE
• Relevant Microsoft certification

Mandatory Skills:

• Dell enterprise server hardware
• VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter
• VMware DRS, SRM and vMotion
• Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux
• Windows Server administration
• Virtual networking, VLANs and distributed switches
• Performance monitoring and capacity management
• Backup, disaster recovery and workload migration

Good-to-Have Skills:

• PowerShell, Bash, or Python automation
• ITIL-based incident/change management
• Government, banking or ERP production environments
• Security hardening and vulnerability remediation

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Design, configure, and administer VMware-based virtualization solutions for the Maliyah environment.
• Manage Dell hardware and Windows/Linux operating systems across production and non-production estates.
• Provision and optimize virtual machines, CPU, memory, storage, and virtual networking.
• Plan and execute platform updates, patches, and upgrades with rollback and change controls.
• Diagnose hardware, OS, VMware, and configuration problems, and support escalated incidents.
• Maintain architecture, build, configuration, SOP, and change documentation.
• Coordinate with network, database, security, and application teams.
• Support performance monitoring, backup, DR testing, and workload migration.
