Knowledge of Worksite Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, or Employee Benefits Insurance.
Understanding of employer-sponsored insurance benefits offered to employees through payroll deductions.
Familiarity with supplemental benefits that provide additional financial protection beyond standard health insurance.
Must have an insurance background with specific experience in US Supplemental Health Insurance.
Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Agile/Scrum, User Story Writing, and Backlog Management.
Proficiency in Process Modeling, Data Analysis/Mapping, SQL, Reporting Tools, APIs, and UAT.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Facilitation skills with strong knowledge of US Supplemental Health and Worksite Insurance domains.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Wealth Management domain knowledge.
Good to have exposure to COTS products such as EIS, Duck Creek, Majesco, Guidewire, and wMA.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate insurance, wealth management, and financial services requirements into actionable business and system requirements.
Facilitate requirements refinement sessions and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, business impacts, process gaps, and opportunities for improved decision-making.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, validating business requirements, coordinating testing activities, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
Ensure compliance with business policies, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and audit controls applicable to the insurance and financial services industry.
Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts.
