Sr. AI Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering. 
• Strong programming skills in Python. 
• Hands-on experience with LLM Fine-Tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and Hugging Face. 
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. 
• Knowledge of LLMOps, model deployment, and monitoring. 
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering. 
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
• Strong understanding of data preparation and curation techniques. 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills. 

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Description:

• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.  
• Prepare, clean, and curate datasets for model training and evaluation.  
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications and APIs.  
• Build and manage LLMOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.  
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.  
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.  
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
