Scheduling Tools: TWS, DWC.
Monitoring Tools: New Relic, Site Scope, DWC.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in 24/7 production Support environments and experience in Support projects.
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including 24/7 support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job Description:
Analyze the existing application and project requirements.
Requirement analysis and design preparation.
Provide support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks.
Analyze and review actual service performance against SLAs.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely issue resolution.
Support application deployments and perform post-deployment validation.
Document recurring issues and maintain a knowledge base for faster resolution.
Provide weekly operational reports to the stakeholders on service performance, achievements, miss-outs, SLA adherence, and opportunities for improvement.
Taking thread and heap dumps during production issues, analyzing them, and identifying the faulty piece of code.
Maintain regular communication with the Service Delivery Manager, Advisors, and SMEs.
System and support status reporting.
Support our application platforms in both production and non-production test environments.
Be part of an on-call rotation.
Maintain good relationships with third-party vendors.
Performing Trend Analysis every quarter to understand the application behaviour and identify the improvement areas, and fine-tune the same.
