Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Selenium Automation with Java/Python, including automation framework development and maintenance, functional testing, and experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) testing, including end-to-end business process validation, with exposure to API testing using Postman and REST Assured.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing, including Agentforce testing, AI agents, Prompt Builder testing, prompt validation strategies, and the use of Generative AI tools to improve test automation, coverage, and quality.

Salesforce Functional Expertise:

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) functional testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce business processes (Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Accounts, FSC objects such as Households, Financial Accounts, Referrals, etc.).
• Experience testing end-to-end FSC workflows including client onboarding, referrals, and financial planning journeys.
• Experience in functional testing, including UI validation, Flows, Prompt Builder configurations, and system behaviors.
• Understanding of Salesforce customizations such as objects, fields, validation rules, flows, profiles/roles, and permission sets.
• Exposure to testing dynamic UI behavior and Lightning components.

Automation & Programming:

• Hands-on experience in Selenium Automation using Java.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python.
• Experience with automation frameworks, reusable components, and CI/CD integration.

AI, Prompt Builder & Agentforce Testing:

• Exposure to Salesforce Prompt Builder testing, including validating prompt outputs for accuracy and consistency.
• Exposure to Agentforce testing, including validating AI-driven interactions and conversational flows.
• Experience using Generative AI tools for test case generation, automation scripts, and test data creation.

AI-driven Testing Concepts:

• Self-healing automation.
• Intelligent test case prioritization.
• AI-assisted defect analysis.
• Prompt validation strategies.

Testing Practices & Methodology:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Description:

• Validate end-to-end business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
• Perform manual and Selenium-based automation testing for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain Selenium automation frameworks to improve test coverage.
• Validate Salesforce business workflows, configurations, and customizations.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs.
• Perform backend data validation and verify data consistency across systems.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure application quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Leverage Prompt Builder to enhance testing productivity and streamline validation processes.
• Utilize Agentforce (AI agents) to support intelligent test execution, automation, and quality assurance.
• Improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality through AI-driven testing practices.
• Ensure applications meet business, functional, and quality requirements before deployment.
• Prepare test reports, execution summaries, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
