Experience in Slack, Zoom, RDP, and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience in VPN (basic troubleshooting and connectivity support), OneDrive & SharePoint.
Strong working knowledge of: Windows OS & Mac OS.

Provide technical support to end users via phone, chat, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, Mac systems, and mobile devices.
Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Support collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Remote Desktop (RDP).
Perform basic troubleshooting for Outlook, VPN connectivity, and email access issues.
Assist users with OneDrive and SharePoint access, syncing, and basic usage issues.
Provide support for macOS and iOS/Android devices, including basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Manage password resets, access requests, and basic account-related issues.
Ensure timely documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures.
Deliver a high standard of customer service and user communication.
