AI Expertise
Active, demonstrable use of AI tools in daily design work: generative UI (Figma Make and others), AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code), and AIassisted research and documentation.
Ability to use AI to accelerate the design process, from faster competitive analysis and user research synthesis to rapid prototyping and content generation.
Comfort designing AI-powered features (not just using AI tools), understanding patterns like contextual recommendations, natural language interfaces, and intelligent defaults.
Domain knowledge
Experience designing for enterprise platforms, ideally in one or more of: analytics/BI, CRM, ITSM, SecOps, or industrial technology.
Familiarity with data visualization patterns, KPIs, and how enterprise users consume and act on data.
Understanding of workflow orchestration and how different user roles interact within complex enterprise ecosystems.
Problem Solving & Communication
Ability to operate with minimal supervision and ramp up fast in unfamiliar product areas.
Strong async communication skills, critical for integrating into an existing team.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to make design decisions with incomplete information and iterate based on feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

8+ years designing complex enterprise applications, with demonstrated ability to take products from zero to one.
Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of data-heavy, analytics, or dashboard experiences (not just surface-level UI).
Proven track record partnering directly with Product Managers and Engineers to ship, not just hand off specs.
Ability to work within an existing design system and platform patterns, partnering with other designers and researchers to deliver cohesive experiences.
Experience working in fast-paced, time-boxed engagements where speed to delivery matters as much as craft.
