Proven experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies for cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile values, and ability to coach teams towards self-organization and high performance.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools for backlog management, tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Ability to collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and sprint goal alignment.
Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies preferred; experience driving organization-wide Agile adoption is a plus.

Job Description:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the team on Agile values and Scrum practices, fostering self-organization and high performance.
Identify, track, and remove impediments to keep the team’s progress on track.
Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, clarify goals, and define acceptance criteria.
Promote transparency using information radiators (e.g., Jira boards, burndown charts, team metrics) and regularly communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Protect the team from scope creep and unnecessary interruptions, ensuring focus on sprint goals.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, experiments, and follow-through on action items.
Support Agile adoption beyond the team by mentoring peers and contributing to communities of practice.
